Shipping Policy

Order preparation

After successful payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Handling and delivery are separate stages.

Transit and tracking

After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Checkout shows available destinations and charges. Dates are estimates rather than guarantees; tracking may take time to update.

Delivery concerns

Check the address before ordering. For a delay, loss, damage, or a parcel marked delivered but not found, email thfkshk@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking details. Keep packaging and provide images for damage.
